Refund and cancellation policy

The one-tenant rent ledger, the rent receipt generator and the templates are free to use. No payment is required.

RentLedger HQ Pro

Pro is a monthly subscription billed in advance. Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record and calculates any applicable sales tax.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel at any time from the subscription management page, using the email you subscribed with. After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, email hello@rentledgerhq.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. Renewal payments are not refunded, but you can cancel before the next renewal date at any time.
